We Make You Stronger – Strengths and Weaknesses

We’re all different, so we’re all better at certain things than others… The same with weaknesses. It’s really important that we identify strengths and weaknesses so that we can improve what we’re good at and focus on that.

For example, some of us are amazing at time-trial, but useless at things like climbing! Likewise, if you’re training for something specific then you can focus on what is needed exactly for that specific effort. We don’t all need to train to be the next Tour de France winner, for many reasons!

Remember, we’re here to help! With the assistance of our trusty Avio PowerSense, we can finally help you make the progression that you need. By pointing out your strengths and weaknesses, we can work on the things that you’re not good at, while still maintaining your strengths.

One of the main reasons for training with a power meter is to help identify and understand your strengths and weaknesses so that you can learn and progress as a cyclist. With this information, you can fix what’s ‘weak’ while maintaining what is strong, so your performance improves, all-around.
