SHIPPING AND handling
We process and ship orders from our Oxford warehouse Monday through to Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled within 2- 3 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships back to you, we will make sure to let you know.
On purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information if applicable, and an estimated delivery date once your order ships. Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of taxes, however, do not include all relevant taxes and duties costs.
We currently offer a secure one-step checkout for domestic orders. Payment is accepted in pound sterling (£) at the time of purchase by PayPal, and we do not store your card details on our systems.
Sometimes things happen. Should the device that you’ve ordered be out of stock at the time of purchase, we will let you know immediately and offer you the option to be added to the waiting list for the next dispatch date. We make all of our devices from our local headquarters here in Oxford, so usually are able to resolve back-orders quickly and without issue.

We promise to always give you 30-days to try our Avio PowerSense. Just isn’t for you? Send it back. Don’t like the colour? Send it back. Don’t like it? Send it back. Or… if you LOVE it. Even better! All of our products come with a 2-year warranty as standard.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit and recommend you insure and track your packages.
